Since the change of government on January 23, 2006 there appears to be a resurgence among certain Members of Parliament and possibly the Senate as well to reintroduce a bill supportive of assisted suicide. If you feel as morally and ethically repulsed by this odious piece of legislation as we both do then you must contact your Member of Parliament immediately and frequently to express your opposition to any such bill. There is a Bloc member who is trying to introduce such a bill at each sitting of the House.  On Friday June 20th the House rises for the Summer Break.  Look for more information from us in the fall.
